First off, congratulations to the graduates for this term at the Art Institute of Seattle! Great work, guys! Don't lose touch, you hear me?

Secondly, for those of us who aren't graduating yet, it's FINALS week! WOOHOO! Only one more week of this chaos before I can take a much needed rest. I'm finally going to have some actual 3D work to show off (I've been modeling a dingy back alley kind of scene in Maya.. lookin' cool.) and I've learned a hell of a lot in Digital Media Production 2. The .php stuff I learned was in there, plus I learned how to do all kinds of media embedding and even how to create a DVD interface/menu from scratch. It's crazy! Within the next coupla months I'll be graduating too, and I'll be able to have an iso file (if you don't know what that is, it basically acts like a dvd.. you can "mount" it onto a certain drive and it'll play just like a dvd does) of my demo reel, made to match my website. Gonna be su-weeeeet!

After this week I'll finally be able to get a real start on my big uber-top-secret commission for ... someone... and get to clean my apartment. So maybe it's not AS restful as I'd like, but at least I won't have to be going to classes for a while.

End of summer will be my graduation (next term). In September. After this week... only THREE more classes to go and I'll be done. (*phew!*)
